Honestly these are my favorite of the gluten free pop-tart alternatives out there. 🤣 it’s not a very high bar, but they are decent.

I 100% got a fake wooden shower chair so I can have my scalding showers and not pass out. They make some marketed for shaving legs that are aesthetic and chronic illness functional!

I go to the Johns Hopkins POTS clinic! Took a year and a 1/2 to get in and several calls, but well worth the wait. So helpful and validating!
