Spicy ones were ghost peppers I grew over summer (85 peppers total), I cut it with equal volume sweet peppers then added two small mangoes and the zest and juice of 4 limes, plus a little salt. Strained, bottled, pasteurized, ready for torment. 🔥

I was really surprised how fruity ghost peppers are. They smelled like guava cutting them up!
