I have two paintings in this show, which is exciting. I'm intensely impressed by the skill of whomever hung all these...we had to supply our own mounting hardware, which meant there was no way to do the hanging math other than painstakingly plotting the right spot for the nail on every single piece.

Today's surprise gardening injury was from casually trying to pull a stinging nettle with my bare hands. I love how there are care instructions, like there are people out there cultivating this stuff on purpose. And you'd also think I'd have memorized what the stuff looks like by now.
