I’ve used Violife before^^ They’re not bad, it just these were cheaper lol. (Which is probably why they’re harder to melt 🤭) Typically, I melt the cheese in an oven.

Well, it’s not actually cheese lol. But it’s the simplest way to call it since “cheese-alternative” doesn’t flow as nice 🤭
It’s usually just made up of starch of some kind, usually topioca or food. Some like Daiya use oat milk though 🙃 (Still not happy about that)
