My fears of the machine uprising were kinda solidified, where the cool vagueness of them in Frank's stories was replaced with generic sci fi MCU robots, but I can begrudgingly look past it when the rest of the episode was really really cool. Definitely looking forward to more.
Starting Dune Prophecy tonight.
Cautiously optimistic. I really don't love Brian Herbert lore, especially the Butlerian Jihad additions, but hopefully keeping the story an extra degree of separation away from the original novels will help me appreciate it more.

The implosion of SW nostalgia is actually a good thing. They are never going to stop making these movies, so the sooner we move past trying to pander to fans of previous material the sooner we get interesting storytelling.

I was like ~12/13 and me and my friends and would go to this weird "club" for teenagers that would serve non-alc beverages. The whole thing was very bizarre and now I can't hear Bad Romance without thinking about how bizarre and pretty inappropriate that was.
