I can absolutely believe the playoff committee did what they did, but what they did, in terms of job performance, would get you fired from, like, the lowest expectations job you can think of. I don’t want to denigrate any industry, but the playoff committee absolutely deserves to dissolve.

Also, full time member or not, ND football absolutely does help the ACC bottom line. They helped get College GameDay to come to Pittsburgh! So it is a self defeating battle to pick.

I get it - the ACC picked a battle that they thought they could win. The larger problem is they have literally no juice against the conferences that hold sway to the playoff committee. That’s not going to change because Miami got in over ND this year.

I’ve backed @ajeffschiller.bsky.social projects for awhile now. I backed a different comic awhile ago, and they’re still working on fulfillment. I’m excited for that comic, and things take how long they take. But Magic Powder is by far the most efficient KS comic around. It’s remarkable.
