FUTURE’S EDGE came out in February this year from @titanbooks.bsky.social and I really think it’s one of my best novels. Read it for complex human relationships, terrifyingly otherworldly aliens, and weaponised archaeologists.

Friday's TGT celebrates Science's most famous daughter Marie Curie. The first woman to win a Nobel Prize, and one of only 5 people to win two. A relatively familiar story, but on this Remembrance Weekend we look at her war work - and her pioneering of medical physics.

Some people don't like being an EPQ supervisor due to extra meetings and marking etc.
Whereas, you get to talk about something you have a real interest in, discuss options and ideas and then get to read something as good as any popular science book you may have read!
The students benefit too!
