I think they send you an email with the link to download to your wallet from the email. None of the ones I've bought have shown in my App (only test events admittedly) but I've downloaded them from the email

I've treated myself to a stadium tour for my birthday. I was lucky enough to get City tickets but not Ipswich and definitely won't get Southampton ones. Last match before City was Spurs. I've managed to get to 9 games this season but two of them were on friends season tickets. It's been a joke 🤬

Same here. Got them for City but last game before that was Spurs. It's been a joke this season and because of the lottery that this has caused will only be in the final ballot for the Southampton game. City will be our last match at Goodison. Tenure of membership has meant nothing 🤬
