... carrots have steel shields because carrots are soft people 😅
No really it's because it doesn't blow away and holds even the toughest weed down. Carrots always need the same rows and I love recycling the same weed mat for many years.

#1 : love my patch of earth.
This pile is for pumpkins. Today we dug it up and added goat manure and composted chicken manure. Also dolomite lime, fine lime flour, dicalcium phosphate, and wood ash.
Although clumpy, it looks rich and yummy. I have high hopes.

Just a guess, based on the ratio of vote % to seats currently shown for the top 4 parties ... the figures I tried out are on the calculator history for clarity ...
I figure it needs ~ 0.78% of the vote per seat, and therefore nats need to drop to at least 38.7% to lose that next seat.
