If you're a literary/film agent or work in animation, television, streaming, comics, video games, my novels are available for adaptation. They've been compared to Douglas Adams, Twin Peaks meets Futurama, Monty Python meets Sam Spade. See reviews from Publishers Weekly (starred), Vulture, Kirkus.
Cheers to all of the not-terrible people.

It's a personal tragedy that everything is beyond parody.
Oh, it's gonna happen.

Do people often get divorced because no one can decide what to have for dinner?

Even if you made up wild rumors about Trump and Jeffrey Epstein in order to emphasize the closeness of their relationship and the likelihood that Trump knew about and committed terrible crimes, you still wouldn't invent anything as bad as the *actual true stuff* in these emails.

Weird version of what came first the chicken or the egg
Peter Navarro: "We had an enormous egg and chicken crisis when we came in because of the great chicken slaughter by the Biden regime ... we're doing all sorts of great stuff to address the cattle and beef price crisis, but there's gonna be lags."

One reason I'm not a successful songwriter is I never got the hang of using the word "ain't."

Other reasons include not playing any instruments or understanding music.

And then they voted for it.
cannot believe I have to now hand it to the kooks who insisted the government was being run by a shadowy cabal of pedophiles

True story: When I self-published my first novel LOST in 2000, I met Michael Wolff to talk about it and New York magazine published a third-of-a-page piece about the book and my publishing it myself (this was a bit before self-publishing was everywhere). Two degrees of separation, I guess.

Not many people know that the novel Planet of the Apes by Pierre Boulle is really about AI. The apes are chatbots.

FYI to my new followers and anyone else: I write novels. They're funny.
Have you ever read a sci-fi detective comedy narrated by a coffee machine robot? What about one that has 154 footnotes, a star from Publishers Weekly, and a "GET IT" verdict from Kirkus Reviews?

Next, these guys are going to be afraid of the Hamptons.
It's been a while since I've lived in NC, but most of this sounds deeply wrong? (Starting with flubbing the name of the local PD.)

Charlotte is one the nation's most dangerous cities? Violent crime rates that are higher than 97% of American cities? What?
Rep. Pat Harrigan: "I have asked Josh Stein, our governor, to consider working with President Trump to allow the National Guard to come into Charlotte ... use the National Guard as a force multiplier and they can a lot of load off the Charlotte PD."

The main thing that was better in 1984 was my hair.
These people should be required to name a specific year before 2000 that is better than now
I think on some level I get really frustrated to see progressives claim the far past was better than today because it’s explicitly the MAGA project to take us back there, and people need to understand that it was a poor, cruel, ugly, hard world compared to the one we’ve built
