When I read this bill I already took this conclusion away from it, however I'm still glad they're spelling it out more explicitly.
Still not exactly happy this gives idiots like Val/Amy an excuse to run others off the road even more often, but meh, it could be way worse.

Fuel Leak. Look how fast the CH4 depletes at the tail end of this clip. Upon freezing there's almost no CH4 left. My guess is fuel depletion due to leak leading to engines getting closer to stoichiometric, most likely leading to the turbopumps melting. Still an incredible catch! #starship

6 months later, I'm still not sure what this was. 5/20/24 in NE CO. This was after the first major cycle of the storm, however the original base was much closer to us, which leads me to being very skeptical of whether or not this was a tor or an SLC. Character limit, see alt image text.

The BE-4 is such a cool engine. It's the first domestically developed oxygen-rich closed cycle engine in the US. The soviets did this in the 60s/70s while America focused on fuel-rich hydrogen based closed cycle engines.

Without any study, I've mentally theorized that HCLS "mesoscale accidents" driven by SR modification are at least partially due to friction increasing the size of the low level hodograph. Nice to see it being researched. Also provides a direct correlation w/ inflow strength and tor likelihood.

To my knowledge, nobody else has any pictures of the hydro/weatherford ef-1 on 5/19. Completely wrapped in rain and in a place where chasers had to bail south to avoid the river, I've not found any other shots of this tornado. Found while editing photos several months later.
