this on top of getting very few comms that it's getting lowkey worrying is so bad for my mental health waaa,, its been a while since ive been in a slump like this but it really sucks that my hobby and job is the same thing and when both sides dont win, its just so bad!!! aaaa

OMGGG THANK U SHY FINALLY PUSHED MYSELF TO NOT RELY ON CSP'S 3D HAND MODELS AND LOOK AT IRL REFS (same w anatomy studies but maybe 3d models.. isnt a very good ref in the first place....)

honestly as much as i want to leave the other site, 90% of my works come from there. as a full time illustrator i have to keep up with trends and that includes exposure, traffic, etc, it sucks but recently ive gotten a good balance of drawing for fanart/fun and more professionally

at the same time ppl say my art is recognizable bc of my general aesthetics (color choices, comp style)....? im really not sure,,, i like my current style tho!!
