Cutoff remains crisp, light looks okay. Unlike the last set, the polarity on these bulbs isn't reversed (!) so no moments of panic during install.

Got new bulbs from www.hidvisioncanada.ca
This bulb has a fan on the base and a little external block of electronics. It all fits just fine inside the well of the headlight assembly of my fourth gen Escape.
