My first first‑author paper is out in JASMS! We used diaPASEF proteomics on separated zebrafish lens regions and saw a 200%+ increase in protein group IDs compared to an Orbitrap DIA method, achieving new levels of proteomic coverage in the zebrafish lens. pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/...

Excited to present my poster “diaPASEF analysis of mutant zebrafish lenses under oxidative stress” (TP 201) at #ASMS2025 in Baltimore next Tuesday!

If you’re interested in proteomics, aging biology, or oxidative stress, I’d love to connect.
