Seattle, WA
Whether or not it’s a “best practice”, I am firmly convinced that the sign should say “Seattle” anywhere south of the city. And change to “Lynnwood” once in the city, like in highway signs (Which lilely have received more usability/readability research.)

My understanding was this is purely rolling stock based.

Yep. Electrification which causes a decrease in frequency, increases net pollution.

Poor route 67 getting called the inadequate bus, too.

Thank you for your service to this city. Wish I could have made it out for this!

It just works as one would expect and it’s not exciting, but super convenient.

My favorite thing about that stop is being able to see the 271 waiting to turn left from NE 45th St. Let me know whether to walk briskly or sprint.

Oops, I was going for the question mark at the end like the Link inflection, not the spelling of Lyn/Lynnwood

*Lynnwood City Center?

Is this the battery bus?

Good news…. Oh, the date.

Same with lighting.

Due to reduced headways on other routes' weekend schedules, there is a surplus of diesel coaches to backfill the trolleybuses. This allows them to do maintenance/construction on/near the wires during weekends which needs the wires to be off.

Check out the "summer green street", which is trying to get this on more blocks in the neighborhood! (Specifically NE 42nd)

To be fair, some crows would even be loud compared to a diesel coach heading up a hill.

40 minutes? What?
January 13, 2025 at 3:36 PM
Daily incense
January 9, 2025 at 10:14 PM
What's wrong with that?
January 9, 2025 at 10:13 PM
Central Maple Leaf is not within the walkshed of either Link station, she’s referring to the feeder bus 67. Which was initially part of the Rapid Ride J plan, the argument is still disingenuous.

Haven’t been yet, walked by a few times, really need to check it out.
January 4, 2025 at 10:33 PM
Not really. The point of the article was more about the frenzy of non-IT society and all of the preparations they did in anticipation of something that didn’t happen.
December 29, 2024 at 7:46 AM
The article says exactly that.

“Besides a few minor setbacks like an internet slowdown and reports of malfunctioning clocks, the aggressive planning and recalibration paid off.”

Hopefully, it's just one person, because the increase from November '24 to December '24 is 738%
December 19, 2024 at 2:58 AM
They would probably at that point prevent you from removing it.
