I mean the entire modern immigration debate is based around people wanting an underclass they can exploit for cheap labor and kick around to get their frustrations out, then getting mad when they have to see said underclass at the grocery store.

Just watched this video and I am genuinely perplexed that such a great looking neighbourhood gets anything other than praise, let alone universal hate. It looks at least as good as any new urban infill here in Vienna - to me it seems green, lively, walkable and of just the right density.
