A series of quorum calls or objecting to UC during the day would do more to disrupt the Senate than 12 hours of talking over night.

this is why we lose.

dozens of folks willing to spend their saturday afternoon being civically engaged...and they use that time to hold up witty signs.

we've spent years criticizing the "own the libs" mentality and now we're just doing the exact same thing.

while there's absolutely no basis for these "investigations," Democrats should both be scared and be preparing contingency plans.

it's not hyperbole to say that without ActBlue, Bonterra/VAN and Hopewell/1630 we would not have won a single (contested) federal election in the past two cycles.

fun fact: social security is in fact going bankrupt unless we reform it.

starting your response by acknowledging and validating the view of the listener is how you build a bridge and get them to listen to your point.

ignoring reality is how you get quickly dismissed as a contrarian idiot.
I’m no political expert but if Republicans start gutting social security and any Democrat responds with “I understand the need for reform, but” instead of “Social Security is good and works fine” that Democrat should be exiled like a stupid Napoleon
