She has a lot of practical/experiential experience- she’s done drugs, gotten arrested, flunked classes, gone through breakups (all of which being things I have never done LMAO), and for the most part she does walk away from these having learnt a lesson.

MAKIE is 23, and acts her age. In her case, she should be at the club and she does go to the club so she’s got that going for her! She is, however, allergic to responsibilities, and thus her priorities could be considered “out of order”.

he’s had plenty of crushes/one-sided attraction phases but never had a romantic parter. I think Shadowheart is in her 40s (?) so yeah she’s the older one :3

Perhaps this naivete contributes to his world view which tries to see the brighter side of any situation and looks for the good in other people first. He doesn’t have much in the way of romantic experience either-

HUBERT is 21, but he was raised really sheltered so I feel like he’s kind of like me because some days I still very much feel like a teenager even though I’m in my 20s. Definitely lacking in some core life experiences, and sure, maybe this makes him a little naive.

According to my own personal headcanons partially supported by canon, Minthara is 214 so yeah there’s quite a significant age gap AND he will definitely die before her but c’est la vie that’s what he signed up for hahah

so I think he’d feel really weird if he had “free time” or didn’t have anything depending on him. He was raised under the “respect your elders” rhetoric, and I think this is definitely reflected in his relationship with Jaheira, and how he looks up to her.

MAKIE is a very envious person (not just with physical belongings, but with other things too), and sometimes she gets set off because she feels like an injustice is being done against her. Usually her go-to internal de-escalation tactic
