This morning I had to take pic of this guy acting a lil more like his usual self. Tummy presentation is NEVER a trap with him & the behavior makes my heart soar- he's mostly been a tightly bound loaf kitty for about a week until the last 24hrs

I'm relieved to update that there has been MOVEMENT- I've never been so glad to see a cat turd.
We're not out of the woods, but this is big progress. Continuing with the vet meds and babying this big soft boy.

Would anyone be interested in miscast tiny raven sculptures? I think I have a few that need homes since I'm not sure I'll ever do anything with them-

Either way, I'm going to abandon the glove mold/ layered method for now and do a single pour mold once I'm happy with the sculpt again.

Well... this mold WAS finished. I managed to get 2 pulls from it and am modifying the better of the 2.
Not sure what happened- I think humidity and using thickener on the outer layers MAY have caused previous layers to pull away from the figure. Wompwomp

I DO have a respirator and the air purifier now, but we'll see.

There's always been a secondary tiny raven friend that didn't get any extra attention until recently-I'm going to blame them for not starting the mold-making for the one I've already announced "done."
I hope to release both at relatively the same time 🤞(within a week or 2)

Okay... so... the pantaloons are pretty much there. Just a couple of tweaks to do to the right side to smooth out the rough clay additions.
The noggin feels like it still needs deeper detailing.
Not quite mold-making ready, but perhaps I'll still get there today.

Smol borb with smol details- once I'm home today, this'll get a coat of sandable primer to make sure any micro-bubbles are taken care of. A lot of them were worked into feather details, but believe me, THEY EXIST/ED

My next smol friend project will be a tiny dragon. Fairly certain I can't do much more detail without doing a solid cast, so figured I'd share. MAYBE the wings will get a touch more attention. We'll see if that'll knock it off it's platform or not. (It's not secured because hahatinylegs)
