Dreadful performance for #LCFC
That level of effort and fire is how you stay in the championship for years. The talent is there but the effort isn’t close, just more of the same. Thank God we have Monga with us or this season can turn into another sleepwalk

Betting used to mean sort of committing a crime in the name of fun and nothing legal can ever beat that
a lukewarm take I have is that betting has become supremely boring. Going-to-the-window euphoria doesn't exist in the phone. Scarcity was fun (in moderation). And the ads and content around it all is so bland
got pushed over the edge w legal sports betting just now when CBS cut to a guy giving his best bet on the team to get promoted from EFL league 1. Ban it again, go back to Vegas, sick of this shit

I think Ketanji Brown Jackson's dissents are an important exception to the "Supreme Court dissents don't matter" rule of thumb, because she is using them not to argue with the conservative justices, but to explain to the public that the conservative justices are liars and in the tank for Trump
Ketanji Brown Jackson Is Telling the Truth About the Supreme Court
The task of interpreting the law is inherently “political.” But no justice has been this comfortable saying so in public.

Wout Faes is the worst kind of footballer imaginable. He has as much talent as he does fight and spirit. Fuck him, fuck Ruud, fuck this dreadful #LCFC team

OK, gonna throw this spicy bomb out there.

If you're fortunate enough to have disposable income, then right now it is your duty to use that income wisely. You have agency over how you spend it and you should own how you spend it.

Your decisions do, in fact, affect stock prices of big corporations.

This UNC team is so soft. So fitting that their season ends this way. They’ve had everything to play for, and the most passionate and intense person is their coach.
In basketball, there’s 2 things you can’t teach: height and give a damn. UNC basketball has neither

Such a positive sign for #LCFC that Okoli made that clearance. He’s not the most gifted with the ball, but he’s athletic and clearly shows he gives a damn. Proper coaching and mentoring a must!

A shameful first half from #LCFC. This is a “sack them all” performance. Faes and Vestegaard need to be benched and sold for spare parts. If we don’t get a CB then we’re more than toast

Well it was ugly, but #LCFC are out of the drop zone for now. Outstanding display of the dark arts that made the last 30 minutes impossible for spurs to get momentum. Defense played better in the 2nd half, loads of grit to get over the line. Let’s use this win as the catalyst for the final push!

Also, great cross by De-Cordova Reid, that is the experience we desperately need to see

Shit show for #LCFC tonight. Utter disaster. Can’t score goals, give them up in bunches. How on earth do the foxes stay up?

#LCFC look shell-shocked after a pretty weak goal conceded. We have no juice on the bench to help lift us out of the slog.
Could be the biggest 30+ minutes of the season

In the 10 years after a Walmart Supercenter opened in a given community, the average household in that community experienced a 6 percent decline in yearly income — $5,000 a year in 2024 dollars. Low-income, young, and less-educated workers suffered the largest losses.
The Walmart Effect
New research suggests that the company makes the communities it operates in poorer—even taking into account its famous low prices.

Odd to see the Patriots transform from the pinnacle of NFL management to a standard franchise in disarray. The messy Belichick divorce, making Mayo unofficial head coach-in-waiting then instantly realizing he sucks, behind the scenes dysfunction, owner meddling, stuff I’m used to as a Jets fan

One of the most disappointing results of the season, cause I believe #LCFC did more than enough to earn points today. It’s the fight needed to get out of this mess, but a James Justin is a low level championship player with Sunday league confidence. I don’t care the cost, sign a RB and ship JJ OUT
January 4, 2025 at 4:58 PM
Mavididi MUST hit the target there. #LCFC may not have a better chance than that, so you have to at least make it count

#LCFC Jacob Stolarczyk looks so much more comfortable between the sticks, and the back line feels it too. Long way to go
