Well now seems like a good time, or maybe a bad time, to thank @rahaeli.bsky.social for introducing me to Dr. Bajaj and targeted radiotherapy. I got my first course of treatment last week, so thank you for that, and I wish you well.

I hear I should post at least one thing so I look less like a troll when I'm lurking, which is all I ever do, so I'm trying to think if I've ever had an original thought, and all I can think of is my formulation of free will. But I don't think it'll fit here, there's like a whole analogy involved.
