went to a used toy store to look for gifts and stuff, met this sweet lady, i played fetch most of the time there.
a golden retriever kinda dog that's probably a mutt standing in between the legs of a guy who is my partner. the dog has both a squeaky fabric pickle shaped toy and rope bone in her mouth and is looking up at my partner, expecting-like. they're next to a glass case full of transformers figures.

I was gone for one night and i still really missed these guys.

still the coolest imo. in a book full of cool character designs (chamber esp!), she's the one that stuck with me the most.

yeah, i love recipes that are easy to change. i don't know if pork is an issue, since it's pretty integral to this one, but it's genuinely my favorite thing to eat whenever i can justify buying a pork roast. I've messed around with a lot, depending on what else i have at the time:
a recipe for a slow-cooker pork with noodles that reads as follows, and continues in the next picture: Originally from Food Network Magazine, May 2011 Makes 4 servings Prep time: 20 minutes Ingredients 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup Chinese rice wine or dry sherry 3 tbsp packed light brown sugar 4 cloves garlic, smashed 1 2-inch piece ginger, peeled and sliced 2 pieces star anise kosher salt 3 Ibs boneless pork shoulder head bok choy, roughly chopped 3 1/2 oz dried rice vermicelli noodles 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro instructions: 1. Combine chicken broth, soy sauce, rice wine, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, anise and 1/2 tsp salt in a 5-6 qt slow cooker. Add pork, then cover and cook on low for about 8 hours. 2. Add bok choy to cooker; cover and cook about 20 more minutes. 3. Add noodles to cooker, making sure they are submerged. Cover and cook 10 more minutes. 4. Remove pork from cooker and shred meat. Divide pork, bok choy and noodles among bowls, then ladle in some of the broth. Sprinkle with cilantro.
