🏠 Newport Beach has no binding affordable housing requirement. Out of 5,000 units proposed, only 6–9% are affordable—far below what’s needed. Without action, we risk lawsuits, penalties, and losing control of our future.

📢 It’s time for City Council to adopt a real Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance.
