This is Chateau Cat. So named because I met him at a Chateau we stayed at in France last year. I bent down to pat him. The next day, in a panic, unable to find my credit card, I retraced my steps and found it in the grass. Thankfully Chateau Cat wasn't a thief and left it where it fell.

I know it’s not Caturday today, but I lost my fur baby tonight so I am feeling sad. Hamish was with us for just over 15 years, even though he was annoyed at being yanked out of the shelter (where he was bullying the other kittens), we like to think that he liked us, even if only a little.

Ok, I know I looked like I had been dragged through a hedge backwards, but it was a warm day and these lovely people are very generous with the wine they serve on arrival and at lunch.... Anyway, I had a great day, and their home is amazing! Brilliant job Angel and Dick!
