The appeals court issued a “temporary administrative stay” in the case way back in April, pausing the contempt proceedings undertaken by U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, who had found probable cause that the Trump administration had committed criminal contempt by violating his emergency order barring removals under the Alien Enemies Act. The lengthy delay in the appeals court ruling was unusual. In the time it took for it to issue its ruling, the AEA detainees – all Venezuelan nationals – were repatriated from CECOT in El Salvador and Emil Bove, the Trump DOJ official who allegedly ordered the removals to continue despite Boasberg’s order, was nominated by President Trump and confirmed by the Senate to a lifetime seat on the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.

10yrs with GOP mayor & GOP city council, 30yrs GOP state

While SF had a 3.4% crime rate, Jacksonville had 7.8% rate
While SF had 230 murders, Jacksonville had 380
Media Mismatch Coverage about shootings outweigh the number of incidents Number of shootings < Number of times shootings were mentioned in media Graph shows mentions of crime increased 6 fold (appx) while murder basically remained unchanged.

SC: the president must be able to violate the constitution on an individual basis in perpetuity...
Though he entered the United States legally at the San Diego border, appeared for an appointment the U.S. government gave him, and passed an initial credible fear interview, federal agents cited his 2 tattoos- -crowns reading mom and "dad"---as alleged proof of membership in the Tren de Aragua gang, something his lawyers continue to deny. He had no criminal record.

far right, his works have never made much of a dent in mainstream (or even just normal "conservative") political discourse. If you spend a few minutes reading those works you will quickly get a sense of why that is. In the 1960s, even quite conservative public figures like Barry Goldwater and William Buckley,. 1 Jr. kept Skousen at arms length. J. Bracken Lee, the right wing mayor of Salt Lake City, called Skousen *an incipient Hitler" in 1971. In October 2009 conservative commentator Rod Dreher-who is now a very far right, Soros-obsessed, pro-Tucker Carlson and pro-Viktor Orban anti-globalist- wrote this op-ed mocking Glenn Beck for r endorsing the "ooga-booga world" conjured in Skousen's writings. Dreher warned his fellow conservatives that following the lead of an ""nhinged buffoon" like Glenn Beck or Cleon Skousen would be the leath knell for the GOP. That was just one of many things Dreher got wrong in this column. Skousen is an iconic figure on the Mormon far right whose works are greatly admired, "worshipped" one might almost say, by folks like the Bundy family and Utah Senator Mike Lee. Skousen's apocalyptically onspiratorial writings were given a new lease on life Glenn Beck in the Tea Party era, and are currently being promoted by far right groups like Moms for Liberty and Moms for America. Despite Skousen's canonical status amongst a certain subset of people on the Christian Nationalist, conspiracy-inclined, and/or Mormon far right, his works have never made
