38% of Californians voted for Trump in 2024. 58% of us voted for Newsom.
Exactly why do we need Kristi Noem and Pete Hegseth to ‘liberate’ us from what we voted for??

18 yr CA police officer here: It took a 6-month, live-in academy, a 4yr degree, & a 12 wk field training to be acceptable for use-of-force decisions against citizens. Even then it’s video’d and scrutinized by my command, releasable to public upon request.
Marines ‘are fully trained’ for this MY ASS.

Quick question: How does one ethically collect and analyze sperm counts from teenage boys? Asking for a friend, who might be a sexual assault investigator.
RFK Jr: An American teenager today has less testosterone than a 68 year old man. Sperm counts are down 50 percent.

WATTERS: Wait -- an American teenager has less testosterone than a 68 year old man?

RFK JR: That's right

The deportation of people legally here without due process to a dictatorship - followed by a refusal by the President to abide by a *unanimous* Supreme Court decision - is a Constitutional crisis sandwich.
We are there.
The Trump administration on Sunday evening doubled down on its assertion that a federal judge cannot force it to bring back to the U.S. a Maryland man who was unlawfully deported to a notorious prison in El Salvador last month.
Trump officials renew opposition to ruling on Maryland man wrongly deported to El Salvador
The Justice Department’s latest legal filing asserted that courts cannot direct President Trump’s foreign policy by forcing the return of a man unlawfully sent to a Salvadoran prison.

GISH GALLOP GOVERNANCE
A Gish gallop is a debate tactic equivalent to ‘flood the zone’. The way to counter it is 1) to identify it for what it is, 2)educate the audience of its dishonest nature, 3) pick the biggest 2 or 3 issues raised and dismantle.
