I was pleased to see Biden breathe some life back into the effort after how close it had come back in 2016. I was doing some work for Jim back then & we were all frustrated watching the calendar fly by while our regional bureaucrats did nothing to further it, WA & OR included. It was so maddening.

Jim Waddell CE/PE, retired engineer with the USACE & founder of DamSense, had a ton of insight on the issue & by the end of the Obama admin he'd made great strides towards getting the dams removed. Unfortunately that all came to a screeching halt in 2017.

Yep, I'd do it. They should be able to see the charges detonating in sequence at that elevation. I used to love to watch the videos that Mike would take whenever they were blasting at Glines Canyon.

They really are smitten with the 1920's, a period with significant economic inequality, a major cultural clash between modern & traditional values & racial tensions. Let's not forget that the 1920's ended with the stock market crash, followed by the Great Depression.
