Just finished my latest 3 day fast 💪🔥 and feel great. Down about 15 lbs since mid-May.... feels great to be back on the "wagon" again lol. I dropped an 8lb dumbbell on my foot this week, ugh - prob not broken, but just in case I've been laying off the walking, but should be back at it soon!

Day 3 of my 4 day fast accomplished.... this one was a struggle. Stomach growling tonight and I was tempted to eat. My husband did a 2 day fast that he ended tonight and I came close to doing the same.... but I set myself this challenge and want to see it through to suppertime tomorrow 💖💪🔥

I actually really like this plan... everyone says "I could never fast!" but the reality is that hunger only lasts for a few minutes and then goes away. 52 hours since I ate and I'm no longer hungry at all. Let's see how tomorrow goes! 😊

Rosie was our beautiful old girl's name - she died a few years ago, but was absolutely the best cat 💖 she used to pin me down also lol... I'd tell my husband "so sorry, I'd love to get up and help out but I'm hopelessly be-catted!" Lol - enjoy that beautiful creature 😻
