They just told me that the 9:25am nonstop 1st-class flight to KC that I booked months ago for DI Global Finals is cancelled, and that they "helpfully" moved me to a flight that leaves Newark at 5:30am, has a 5 hour layover in Houston, and lands in KC too late (cont'd...)
