I know! We have a lot of cherry trees here, many of them gifted by Japan. My hometown is nicknamed the “Cherry City” for that reason.

I *think* it’s a light on the side of a building, but this was a year ago, so I’m not sure. We were downtown, so that would make sense.

Horton Hears a Who was my favorite book as a child. So, yeah. I think a lot about that when I’m getting all close and personal with these scenes!
