Crystal Skull, for me. Spielberg at his most paint-by-numbers. Even other bad ones like Hook have an energy to them, like he was at least interested in making it.

I've always felt a lot of it has to do with all of the dead air in the scenes. It's like all of the characters are just waiting for their turn to talk instead of having conversations. It's more prevalent in II and III. A combo of Lucas's directing of actors and everything being green screen.

I love that whole bit at the end, Cruise frantically trying to prepare her, him being essentially dead while she fights off the bad guys, the look on Crudup's face when he gets shot. It's a great sequence.

It's honestly my most anticipated movie of the year along with Mission Impossible, and I plan on seeing it in IMAX Saturday and probably at least one more time.

The Vader stuff, especially the hallway at the end, is super cool in a vacuum but doesn't belong in that movie.

I wish it had one more action scene in the middle somewhere. For some reason it just always feels like it's short a beat. Still a great flick!
