Curious how to tell my customer that I can tell they’re using AI in their emails and reports, and while some of it reads ok, overall, it feels lifeless with the bonus of adding inaccuracies. They’re hot on AI, but I don’t think it’s ready. It’s a toy they want to get paid to fiddle with.

Rereading Solomon Kane by @patrickzircher.bsky.social This is an underrated gem from earlier this year. As writer and artist, he puts on a master class. These pages are just an example of great action, pacing, emotion/acting from the characters, and on and on. So good!

One of the best comics now is The Power Fantasy by @kierongillen.bsky.social and @casparw.bsky.social. About a few people with superpowers who are on par with national powers like China, the US, etc. and the planetary implications if they ever come into conflict. Get it so they make more!

My idea of heaven is a beautiful library, with beautiful grounds to walk on. Inside it is fully functional with books, audio, video, art & writing workshops, and guest speakers from throughout all time. Its rooms represent all cultures.
It is filled with people who loved learning their whole lives.

Just finished reading issue 1 of Good As Dead by the amazing @davidlapham.bsky.social , Maria Lapham and Dee Cunniffe. Definitely gives Twin Peaks vibes with the setting, complex characters, mysteries, and police drama aspects (but no supernatural stuff, at least so far). Highly recommended!
