They're definitely high quality, though the Multiliner SP pens are on on the more expensive side because they're refillable w/ metal bodies.

Range of marks is fairly good with them, though I do struggle to get super fine lines (I think because the brush is fairly short in length, only 7mm)

Here's hoping for a speedy improvement in your symptoms!

As far as animals go, my current favourite is this goober <3
