I wear a mouth guard (TMJ) and sometimes a wrist brace (carpal) when I sleep, so a CPAP would just be the 🍒 on top.
Do you feel better rested or is it off-set by getting used to the new sexy gear?

Mac&cheese wasn't a staple for my mom's Midwestern farm family, so it wasn't on our own Thanksgiving table, but it was on plenty of other tables I visited.
If it's creamy enough it does not hold its shape after being scooped, I'll take some at any event. If it maintains a square shape, pass.
