There should be hard cap on the amount of money someone can have. If you have £200 million, you're not allowed to accumulate anymore until you spend some. Any money over that £200 million is tax.

Finland has the lowest homeless rate in Europe. They designed apartment blocks for the homeless in which rent automatically adjusts to income, with mental-health support, job assistance & social workers on site. Stable housing creates a foundation for employment, recovery & long-term independence.
