a massive mental health crisis. I see people everyday whom were failed as children and its disgusting. I myself wouldn't have needed all this help with my weight if I had had support for my ADHD and trauma. But here we are!

I feel lucky because Edinburgh is multi cultural, I have 4 different Asian supermarkets in walking distance from work so they are easy to buy!
