8. For gnocchi your can prepare it separately and add at the end if you don't like it squishy, but I just like to dump it in. You can use fresh, frozen, or dollar tree premade cheap stuff. It will usually cook enough on its own inside the soup.

7. I will usually add about a cup or two of milk, just feel it out if your soup is getting to thick or could stand to be creamier.

6 While that simmers, add a can of chicken. Since it's a soup, it's perfectly acceptable to add more dubious ingredients, but feel free to use fresh stuff too, I just think you can't really tell the difference.

5. Add 6 cups of chicken stock andz bring to a simmer. I used box stock because it was on sale, but sometimes I'll mix bullion with the flour mixture and then just add water.

4. Add around 1/4 to 1/2 cup of flour to your preferred thickness and mix until the flour is one with the veggies and butter.
