Hit a bit of a milestone today. It’s been a slog to lose the last five pounds, nearly two months, but it’s finally happened.

I have discovered the joy of dates warmed in a pan with a tiny bit of butter and a sprinkling of sea salt. It’s glorious. Has anyone else tried this?

Every time a client chooses a competitor, ask yourself: what could have made them choose us instead?

The answer isn't always lower prices.

Sometimes it's:

• Higher value
• Better experience
• Stronger trust

Always ask why, the answers will be illuminating

It's -7 here, pretty chilly. Managed to get out for a walk despite the snow and Ice.

Funny how walking always seems to clear my head. Was working on some strategy workshops & everything just clicked.

Amazing what a bit of movement and fresh air can do to unlock your thinking!

Funnel & sales process audits are often put on the ‘someday’ pile because its often a case of "yes we know there is a problem, but we don’t have time to fix it."

Which impacts the business more in the long run:

🎇Profit plummets
🎇Sales team performance stalls
🎇Bottlenecks form in pipelines
