I think you're right. But I buy smoked turkey legs and keep them in the freezer to use in lentil soup or a pot of beans. I've subbed a smoked turkey leg for sausage in this recipe. Throw is all in the pressure cooker for 60 mins, stir in kale and a squeeze of lemon at the end.

At school we had students write Gratitude Letters to teachers (I have some thoughts on that) but I also received this one from a colleague, and it is a keeper. This kid is a good egg.

My thought though- A week of advisory curriculum for kids on Gratitude had a whiff of the old Grit BS.+
