Looking forward to reading this tomorrow. Although relevant every day, it is nice to have a day to celebrate both witches and workers!

From the #LongCovid library: Been a while as reading mostly for my therapy clients, but on this fine Saturday, am enjoying this novel of parallel universe alternate lives. The two life paths tell of queer & women’s oppression & liberation set in England in 1950s-2015. #Booksky @torbooks.bsky.social

From the #LongCovid book tower, rereading thinking of a client. A book on how to face our boredom, discomfort, pain. On how to widen our hearts and capacity for joy and peace. A book on connecting deeply with others. America would benefit from this book. #NewYear #BookSky

Today’s reading from the #LongCovid library, wise words from Gyatrul Rinpoche commenting on three texts: one on taking adversity as path, one on dream yoga, one a brief text on Dzogchen meditation. #DharmaGeeks #Booksky

An alternative view of comas & illness by somatic dreamworker Mindell. Helpful in the ugly rise of eugenics seen in MAID & lack of aid for the ill, & in light of the vile & vapid vision of tech bros chasing altered states & life extension, yet so confused about the preciousness of our wise flesh.

Today’s read from the library in the sky apartment-bound by #LongCovid. Took it down from the shelf for the first time in a few years in exploration of lucid dreaming and bardos of dream and death.

Today’s read from the library in the sky (bedridden by #LongCovid) will hopefully teach me to nap. It’s about playing on the dreamy (hypnagogic/hypnopompic) edges of sleeping & waking.

About five on the ceiling and one beside me now, feasting on a drop of honey. When I added another ladybug to the mix, the first one clambered atop of the drop like they were playing king of the hill. Had to be separated like squabbling siblings.
