If you’re part of an organization of any kind that gives women professional or artistic support — check if they’ve publicly made it clear that trans women are welcome — on socials, website, marketing materials. If not, ask them to. It’s time to speak up.

anybody got favorite stims/sensory toys to recommend?
(mine are mostly subtle/ highly masked/picked up unconsciously during decades of suppression, so i’m still experimenting with things i can do now to feel good as an autistic adult without having to hide it 😇)
