i forgot to texture the castle wall and now the bricks kinda look like the colonials from all tomorrows. i might be going insane.

as for the gals - i rarely get attached to one-off characters, so they’re not very likely to appear again… so, no promises

the brush set is “jingsketch basic 10 set” and it’s free. i prefer simple brushes, so these worked for me

i installed my first brush pack and it’s immediately much more comfortable to use than the default brushes…

in case it was a genuine question - i used a reference and limited myself a lot! no blurring brushes or special effects, just cell shading. trying to keep the leather’s shape in mind helps. it’s best when you don’t overcomplicate, it’s basically an optical illusion and simple shapes do the trick!
