Every time I see this painting I think about how noticeably the dress pulls to the right because the strap was originally down her arm, and I wonder what he was feeling when he repainted it to be less scandalous. Was he pissed, or was he like Well fine, if this is what the people want to see

Did you guys notice that when he's laughing/full heartedly smiling he closes his eyes? How his eyebrows soften, his regular wrinkles get softer,small smiling wrinkles show up? Cause I most definitely didn't 👀 #astarion #bg3 #baldursgate3
