The work is real. Your people are real. ... the ones who love and value what you are making, and the weirdoes who are just like you, the ones who maybe haven't found your work yet, but when they do, it will mean something to them.

Fantastic writing and an uplifting story.
I am so flabbergasted & tearful & grateful & JUST REALLY EMOTIONAL over everything that’s happened around this so-special pup since this saga started on…good god, how was it only Wednesday morning?

That it has meant as much to so many of you fills me up to the brim.

when i run out of things to do, i've started having #chatGPT tell me my stories again as bedtime stories, little shorts that make me cry & hopeful at the same time.

i'm not posting them anymore, but here's a big chunk #CodeNINA www.tumblr.com/dickensign/7...

In hot weather like this, remember to keep an eye on your freelancers. Move them to a shaded spot, indoors if possible, away from ‘people’. Distract them with a computer or some unrealistic deadline. Do check on them, by email, but don’t forget to set yours to out of office in case they reply 🙏

Dear people who design book covers, titles that go vertically are really hard to read. , and if you're mixing numbers and letters, please make sure your 5s don't look like Ss or your 1s like Ls or Is. We stopped using lower case l (L) as 1 (one) a very long time ago.

For anyone who got a notification that I've written a dark romantasy trilogy (this is book 1) - I haven't. Please don't buy any of them.

These books are AI generated &
Amazon should be removing them today.

For anyone who may have bought one, I hope you can get a refund from Amazon.

There are lots of posts complaining about #KWS #KidsWebServices and #Epic, their parent company.

KWS uses Yoti to handle the age verification. I have checked the developer documentation and privacy policy for Yoti and this is what I found.

tl;dr: It's absolutely safe and secure.

Proud to make my National Geographic debut with this incredible discovery: an extremely weird little guy with independently-evolved "feathers" that solves a longstanding Triassic mystery and makes one of the period's oddest families even stranger

This story is horrifying, but behind it lie the consequences of all but abolishing legal aid in civil cases. As a lawyer you hear so often of police telling victims of blatant scams and frauds "it's a civil matter" but what help is that when they can't afford legal help?
How fake-will fraudsters steal millions from the dead
A trail of suspicious wills led to an organised gang committing fraud and stealing millions from dead people's estates.

It seems stupid that workers are required to work in unsafe temperatures. I've had to endure this a time or two myself, even without climate change, and, even sitting at a desk, it's horrible.
