APRA's previous interventions requiring banks to restrict investor loans made a huge difference in 2014-18 & resulted in more loans for owner occupiers & saw some of the most stable house price growth in Australia over the past 30 yrs. We’ve done it before and we can do it again.

My guess is they, too, will drop net zero and follow the Nats. The massive RW media machine will swing hard and heavy against renewables, the ALP will struggle against the narrative as they have in the past, and more of our money will go to the pockets of miners to shut them up.
