Good morning Monday! New week. Did you have a good weekend? I took part in my first reading sprint on TikTok. That was fun. What are your writing or reading plans for the week? Today is a rest day for me since I spent yesterday with the family. My goal for today is to meditate in the garden.

Saturday morning. Having my morning coffee on the deck. Today will be a “recovery day” since I had coffee with my sister yesterday. I’m tired but relaxed since I got to float around their warm pool, which my muscles love.

I have a new colleague. One of my niblings was here this weekend and I showed them my revamped vocal booth. They hadn’t seen it before I had it redone either, though. They were hooked and spent a long time in there trying out voices and singing songs. ❤️

Revamping my recording space. I am still waiting for a new carpet and a new acoustic blanket but I’ve managed to clean out the clutter and make it cozier.

Finished a drawing I’ve been working on for a long time today. I started it in October 2023 but abandoned it because I wasn’t able to get some parts right. After drawing lots of other things and experimenting with different Procreate brushes I was finally able to finish it this weekend. Happy 😃
