Best parts of this book? 100% Lawsuit stories. But also. Knowing how they shared the work and how they became robots. How the logo was born. Around the world behind the scenes. Seeing my design school name twice in the story. Seeing how they didn’t care about fame in terms of social privilege.

Labor Day! Grateful to be enjoying a beautiful day with my family. I also spent time organizing our summer road trip. I tried to use AI but ended up crafting it as usual in my spreadsheet madness. I might write about this process some day 🤔

I started reading Careless People and stopped halfway through… I was annoyed for many reasons, and I found it painful to read tbh. I decided to pick something more inspiring this afternoon and started binge reading. I have already read two thirds of it.

We practiced Mudras (hand postures) with our yoga club. Everyone picked a Mudra card and tried it. I’m not sure I buy into it, but most people in our group felt that the card they picked was appropriate for their needs. Mine was an emotional shield.

I thought I’d receive the yarn and start knitting my beanie. How naive. For the pattern I chose, I had to split the balls of wool by weighing them (took me 2 hours), then knit a sample (omw), then eventually start knitting the beanie.
