Just turned 40 and wondering if I need to do this on my next job search. Most people clock me as closer to 30 based on appearance sooooo

Ugh feel that. After the last round of job searching when I hadn't updated my resume for like 5 years I started a gdoc & I try (mostly unsuccessfully) to remember to jot down when I do something possibly useful bc later on it's like I am great at my job but can I think of even one concrete thing??

Right?? I would like an option C where I do nothing and the pain just magically vanishes 😂

This is such a consistent phenomenon with anybody I know who's had PT including me lol. idk why "do these simple exercises that take little time and significantly reduce your pain" is such a hard ask but jfc it really is.

It's wild to me that this asshole behavior is apparently so common, because not one person in my life has ever pressured me to drink. And I didn't drink at all until my mid 20s just bc I didn't want to, so I really should have been a prime target.
