Life update. I had a full ligament tear in my TFCC with bone also torn off. Surgery is like a last resort and every health worker and surgeon has told me you don’t want it. Took 5 months to get a mri and have the injury diagnosed. Get a cast, steroid injections. Writing a post or reply was too hard

Life update. I had a full ligament tear in my TFCC with bone also torn off. Surgery is like a last resort and every health worker and surgeon has told me you don’t want it. Took 5 months to get a mri and have the injury diagnosed. Get a cast, steroid injections. Writing a post or reply was too hard
I taught a workshop this evening on making ricotta and ravioli. Part of a community meal thing I do with a charity. It’s so fun. Forgot how easy it is to make pasta. We also made a sauce and salad and dressing, folks sit down and enjoy the meal we made together.
