An RPG is generally a lot more forgiving than a shooter, and the min specs were way lower.
It's tempting but it sucks to pay 800 NOK for a game to run on the lowest settings. :d

I know several people who used mods to automate the combat, and still think it's GOTY. Could be worth trying? There's an amazing story there worth learning.
